# Odstranění blocku

Někdo si u tebe udělal shop, totem nebo se ti něco buglo a nejde zníčit? Tak přesně od toho jsme tu my, a v tomto návodu ti řekneme jak si zažádat o odstranění blocků.

Nejdříve si založ ticket s důvodem **Jiný problém** ([Vytvoření ticketu](/discord/vytvoreni-ticketu.md)). Zde napiš, že chceš odstranit block a zmiň tyto informace:

* **Nick:** Tvůj nick
* **Server:** Oneblock / Earth / Magma / Skyblock
* **Co chceš odstranit:** Minioni / PC / Sell bedny...
* **Souřadnice:** Souřadnice kde se to nachází

Následně jen vyčkej na odpověď admina / technika. Tato práce může trvat déle, protože je náš tým dosti zaneprázdněný, takže trpělivě vyčkej.
